Pietro Pennisi

Pietro is a qualified Italian Avvocato specializing in providing legal assistance in Italy to foreign clients – mainly from the UK and the US.

A native Italian speaker who is also fluent in English and Spanish, Pietro has assisted hundreds of foreign clients, both private individual and companies, with the purchase of properties in Italy, with inheritance matters and with set up of businesses in Italy.

Aside from assisting numerous foreign clients with the purchase of properties in Italy, he also specializes in corporate matters, cross-border debt recovery and inheritance, immigration and citizenship, and often lectures in seminars on international and EU law.

A former internationally-ATP ranked tennis player, Pietro also has also experience in the field of sports law and served on the Board of the Italian Tennis Federation from 2000 to 2008. For the past 8 years, he has been representing the Internazionali BNL d’Italia at the ATP, WTA and ATP Media meetings.
