As a real estate attorney, Paul advises clients on a full array of complex property issues including – but not limited to - office, residential, shopping center, and mixed-use projects throughout Romania. He represents clients in acquisitions of single properties and property portfolios; acquisitions and participation of mortgage; workouts and restructurings, financing of real estate properties and projects; office and retail leasing and joint venture development.

Paul also regularly handles multi-location/multi-discipline consolidations.

Previously a Member of Parliament in Romania between 2012/ 2016 and Vice Chairperson on the Committee for the Investigation of Abuses and Corrupt Practice.

Paul is based in our Associated office in Bucharest
