Barbara Angelopoulou
Whilst Barbara focuses on corporate law, her practice involves providing legal advice to local and foreign companies on almost all aspects of Greek law, including drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements (such as leasing, supply, agency and distribution contracts, joint ventures, establishment and licensing of companies, compliance with regulations and legislation, participation in due diligence projects etc.). Barbara also handles complex litigation cases involving various labour, commercial and civil law matters.
